Riccardo Nardari

Founder and Managing Director of Convergo.
Has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry in Italy, as a business partner, shareholder and board member. Initially gained experience in small and medium-sized companies in Italy before leading international companies. Last collaboration was with Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (JLT Group), as a business partner (starting in 2008 and ending in 2019). During his career he has handled business development, winning and managing corporate clients and providing advisory services focused on identifying and transferring risks, including the more complex risks characteristic of multinationals.
Riccardo believes that risk management is necessary for all types of clients, irrespective of the size of their business, and is an essential practice for creating the required awareness of existing risks and the opportunities for preventing them. He also feels that the basis of his work is to make risk transfer policies effective and efficient, even in an insurance context.
